"We had a very pleasant stay at Haian Beach Hotel. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
We are a family of four, and although there was initially a misunderstanding about our room only having three beds, the staff handled the situation professionally. They quickly arranged an extra bed and later moved us to a quieter room on a higher floor, which we really appreciated.
The location is excellent, right across from the beach, and the rooftop pool offers beautiful views. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to other families visiting Da Nang."
